Each knife has been designed and crafted by Joe who understands how important the smallest of details in how a knife is made can affect the comfort or performance of a knife.
All blade designs in the JSKnives Range have been rigorously field tested and professionally heat treated.

Everyday carry pocket knife.
With a choice of handle materials and finishes.
2.5" Cutting Edge Flat Grind with Secondary Bevel
A sleek design, done in AEB-L Stainless Steel (chosen for its high sharpness, edge stability, wear and corrosion resistance). Can also be produced in O1 Tool Steel or San Mai. Complete with Stainless Steel pivot screws to keep your folder looking timeless. Choice of micarta or G10 handle material.
2.5" cutting edge, total length 6.5" when open. There is also the option for a longer handled Bushcraft version of this knife.

With a choice of G10 or Micarta handle materials and finishes.

Designed and made to be the only tool to take out. A heavy bushcraft knife for hunting, bushcraft or big game prep.
5mm 1095 Carbon Steel with 5 inch cutting edge.
5 inch micarta handle finished with stainless pins and lanyard tube.
Satin finish with a polished convex edge.
Comes with kydex sheath including a kydex belt loop.

The Bulldog
3" Cutting Edge Satin Finish
All Round Hunting / Camping Knife
4mm Stainless Steel (14C28N) with 3 inch cutting edge.
The Bulldog's come with a choice of wood or micarta handles (4 inch) which can be discussed. Finished with stainless pins and lanyard tube. Handmade JSK pull beads to match can also be included.
Satin finish with a polished convex edge.

Comes with a choice of kydex sheath to match your knife, keeping it close and steady for when you need it standing up or kneeling down by the fire. A leather sheath can be purchased additionally if requested. Premium leather is used for all leather sheaths made by JSKnives.

My go to tool for the outdoors. This knife is a brilliant multi functional camp knife and is also not shy to a bit of heavier use for wood processing. This design was created and developed into the Bulldog you see today as a multi functional all round knife - ideal for game prep and bushcraft.

A lightweight Neck / Belt carry knife designed and made by JSKnives.

Reducing weight with a skeletal tang design, this neck knife is the perfect every day carry tool. Razor sharp and handy. This little knife packs a mighty punch with it's razor sharp edge and lightweight design!
3mm AEB-L Stainless Steel (chosen for its high sharpness, edge stability, wear and corrosion resistance) or a choice of O1 Tool Steel. The Terrier is 5.8 inches overall in length and comes in a wide range of handle options from the skeletal frame, paracord wrapped, wood or micarta scales which can be discussed.
Satin finish as standard, with a razor sharp polished edge and matching pull bead. Other finish options available on request.

Comes with a choice of leather or kydex sheath to match your knife, both with belt and neck carry options. The leather sheath is purchased additionally if requested. Premium leather is used for all leather sheaths made by JSKnives.

​
3mm Stainless Steel (O1 Tool Steel) with 4.5 inch cutting edge. 4.5 inch wood handle. Stonewashed finish with a polished convex edge and brass pins.
​
Historically a knife was a most valued possession and important tool. This recent commision was modelled on a French Drop Point Knife Design. An all purpose midweight knife that is robust and versatile. These were traditionally used to trade for items such as fur.
